Some weddings feel like a full-circle moment, and Brittani & Dave's was exactly that for me. Brittani isn't just a bride I photographed — she's an incredibly talented wardrobe stylist I've had the privilege of working with, and getting to be behind the camera on her own wedding day was an honor I don't take lightly. There's a special kind of thrill in photographing friends tying the knot, and this day was no exception.
As a stylist herself, Brittani brought an incredible eye to her own bridal look, and it showed. She leaned fully into a retro-inspired silhouette, pairing the cut of her dress with a short, playful veil that gave the whole look a vintage edge. Her glam matched that energy beat for beat — a bold red lip, sharp winged liner, and romantic, texture-rich curls that felt equal parts old Hollywood and effortlessly cool. It's exactly what happens when a bride with a trained stylist's eye designs her own day: every detail feels intentional, and the whole look comes together like a moodboard brought to life.
So many of the vendors were Brittani's close friends first. I know her through years of working with her friend Jenny on photoshoots together. Her glam team, Jenny and Chloe, are two of her closest friends, and her dear friend Victoria DJ'd the day alongside her husband. It made the whole day feel less like a wedding and more like a big family reunion.
That feeling only grew as the day went on. Hearing Brittani and Dave's vows, and the speeches from friends and family, gave me such a beautiful window into who they are as a couple. And watching this vendor team of close friends come together to create the day — with so much love and history already built in — made it one of the most heartfelt weddings I've had the honor of photographing.
Every detail of the day came together through an incredible team:

Congratulations again to Brittani and Dave — thank you for trusting me with your day.
