Nothing better than catching a gorgeous sunset at Joshua Tree National Park after a couple just got engaged. Loved capturing this special session for Priscilla and Tygh, whose proposal was shot last week before the desert heat really set in — that just-engaged feeling is everything, and sunset sessions always bring out the magic. I can't stop admiring their perfect chemistry. Magical lighting illuminated the park that evening, and I made sure to capture wide shots of the breathtaking bouldering surroundings to really highlight the scenery. Honestly, I'd give getting engaged at Joshua Tree a 10 out of 10 recommendation — without cell service, you're fully immersed in the moment, and if you find the right spot, it can feel like you have the entire park to yourselves.
